On Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026, Saudi Aramco said its adjusted net income rose 9% from a year earlier to $31.2 billion in the third quarter, helped by stronger refining margins, and it declared a $21.9 billion quarterly base dividend, up 3.5%.
Adjusted earnings were $28.6 billion in the same quarter a year earlier. Aramco’s downstream business, which includes its refining operations, recorded $10.3 billion in earnings before interest and taxes, a 234% increase from a year earlier. Aramco reported free cash flow of $28.2 billion, compared with $23.6 billion in the third quarter of 2025.
The company said the dividend would be paid in the fourth quarter. Chief Executive Amin Nasser said geopolitical uncertainty and attacks on key energy facilities had made supply challenges worse. He said the company’s ability to adjust its operations and its supply network helped it continue deliveries.
Aramco said it was exploring additional storage overseas and other export routes to strengthen its supply network. The company also reported that production had begun at the Zuluf project to increase crude oil output. It said major projects, including the Jafurah gas development and Fadhili Gas Plant expansion, were still progressing as planned.
